Meri Amber is one of my fave geek musicians out there right now, and she’s pumping out the albums. Her newest one is a 90s themed one called Retro Sherbert and I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy it fully.
It’s full of great 90s throwbacks like Pokemon and Tamagotchis, as well as Xena. And in keeping with her style it’s fun and a great listen.
I especially like The Whole You which has a real 90s feel to it, but fits with her style. And Forget Serious has a great sing-a-long quality to it.
Overall it’s a really fun album and makes me nostalgic for the 90s.
